United beats rivals City to the signing of Sporting attacker.

The Red Devils are interested in signing free scoring Sporting attacker, Bruno Fernandez, and have been tipped to be in pole position in getting the Portuguese  star player.

United are expected  to complete the deal for Fernandez in the next few days as they have offered more mouthwatering amount to thump rivals, City, in their capture.

United have reportedly tabled a whooping bid of £62m while City are willing to add a player with a price tag of  £47m for Fernandez.

Reports in A Bola state that the 24-year-old is closing on a deal to United after an impressive season in Portugal where he scored 29 goals and set up 19.

Though Fernandez has £100m in his release clause which neither of the two Manchester Clubs are willing to meet such exorbitant price tag.

Meanwhile, the Citizens are yet to wrap a new contract talk with the German wing wizard, Leroy Sane, but might cash in on the Star player if a convincing bid is tabled as Bayern Munich are reportedly the only club interested in his signature.
